Carlowrie Castle weddings combine the luxury of the Castle, the stunning new marquee, the idyllic walled garden and over 32 acres of perfectly manicured grounds. These together provide the perfect ingredients for an incredibly special day:
Lianne & Maddy tied the knot at Carlowrie Castle on one of the hottest days of the summer.
After an intimate ceremony in The Orangery at Carlowrie all the guests spilled out into the grounds for a very warm and sunny drinks reception.
Whilst everyone sipped champagne we captured lots of moments then moved onto their group family photos. These must have been some of our most fun group shots ever! You can tell Lianne and Maddy have a great group of close family and friends, the photos speak for themselves.
Whilst the wedding guests got freshened up and ready for dinner, we captured their bridal portraits around the beautiful grounds. Carlowrie grounds have endless spots to capture great bridal portraits, many of them in the shade. This allowed us to give these two lovely ladies some respite out of the sun, not something you have to do very often in a Scottish summer.
Back in The Orangery all the guests were treated to some great speeches followed by a delicious wedding breakfast.
Generally speaking the evening was finished off dancing the night away.
In summary it was a spectacular wedding of two of the loveliest ladies we have had the pleasure to capture.
